Решение

\(\dfrac{{\sqrt[{14}]{{\sqrt m }}}}{{\sqrt {100\,\sqrt[{14}]{m}} }} = \dfrac{{\sqrt[{28}]{m}}}{{\sqrt {100}  \cdot \sqrt {\sqrt[{14}]{m}} }} = \dfrac{{\sqrt[{28}]{m}}}{{10 \cdot \sqrt[{28}]{m}}} = \dfrac{1}{{10}} = 0,1.\)

Ответ:  0,1.
