\(\dfrac{{\sqrt {5,6}  \cdot \sqrt {3,5} }}{{\sqrt {0,4} }} = \sqrt {\dfrac{{5,6 \cdot 3,5}}{{0,4}}}  = \sqrt {\dfrac{{56 \cdot 35}}{{40}}}  = \sqrt {\dfrac{{56 \cdot 35}}{{8 \cdot 5}}}  = \sqrt {7 \cdot 7}  = 7.\)

Ответ:  7.
